ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project aims to empower youth by providing training in the tourism sector to address high unemployment rates. It focuses on fostering economic growth, promoting cultural exchange, and developing skills necessary for sustainable tourism practices. It will also help to explore hidden or underrated landmarks from the countries involved, by identifying advantages for their promotion and understanding why they have been overlooked.
PARTICIPANTS’ PROFILE
- 18+ years old youth workers and youth leaders
- Gender balance is important
- Being able to communicate and express themselves in English Beginners and youngsters interested in entrepreneurial learning Motivated to gain new skills and share in their local communities Willing to stand as coaches for youth
- Willing to use gained skills in their further youth work
- Youth workers interested in tourism education and cultural heritage Active and positive
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to attend the whole project
- Contribute to the multiplying effect
- Participants from Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Romania, Spain, Sweden, The Republic of North Macedonia, Tunisia
